Renovation of a municipal facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Refit existing meeting space to be used as a Special Discussion Area. Required Qualification: Property Management Supplier Compliance (BGIS). Modify all ceiling space, walls, floors and doors to meet Acoustic requirements of STC level of mid 50's. 50-55 for walls, doors and penetrations. Modifications to HVAC and Fire/Life Safety if required. Relocate existing lockers for cell phones. JUS to reach out to FCI for swipe card installation. Additional office spaces to be included as per specification. Perform DSR and asbestos abatement (if required). Heritage Building. All work to be performed after hours The contractor is responsible for carrying all costs for all Fire Alarm bypasses. Contractors must use the service provider contractor TYCO for these services. Contractor must also carry all costs for BAS Service provider - BAS Johnson Controls.
