Project No-2022-129-00, 103-021, 21219 Project includes the construction of a firing range with earthen berm, sidewalks, awnings, and parking as well as 3 new small buildings and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Each bidder submitting a bid electronically shall include its Certificate of Responsibility Number and a signed copy of Madison County's bid sheet as part of its PDF bid submittal. Any electronic bid that does not include the bidder's Certificate of Responsibility Number shall not be considered. 2. Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at the Madison County Chancery Clerk's Office, Rooms 225-228,125 West North Street, Canton, MS 39046. All sealed bids submitted to Chancery Clerk's office shall be marked on the outside face of the envelope "Bid: Madison County Shooting Range" and shall have the bidder's Certificate of Responsibility Number written on the outside of the envelope.
