The intersection of boul. Des Écluses et Saint-Laurent is the busiest in the city and a number of collisions have been recorded there in recent years, particularly between motorists and cyclists. Securing this intersection has therefore been targeted as a priority intervention in the city's rehabilitation projects. The project consists of carrying out the complete demolition of the intersection and the reconstruction of a raised intersection as indicated in the plans and specifications. Only tenders will be considered from persons, companies, companies operating at the time of submission of the tender, having obtained the tender document under their name from the portal, having paid the fees, if applicable, and having completed the price submission form attached to this tender document.
