The 136th Airlift Wing located on Naval Air Station (NAS) Joint Reserve Base (JRB) Fort Worth, Texas, requires construction within building 1674 in order to build a showering and changing facility to help limit contamination from painting and media blasting activities. Included in this project is the demolition and construction of multiple walls as well as the relocation and addition of multiple doors, electrical circuits, communications conduits, heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) split unit, drop ceiling installation, plumbing and fire suppression systems. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204: Project Magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. Multiple small projects include, wall construction, door installation, flooring updates, and new office renovation. All work shall be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and associated specifications and drawings. All work shall also be performed in accordance with international, federal, state, and local building codes, as well as the Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) SITE VISIT (CONSTRUCTION) (FEB 1995) (a) The clauses at 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation.
