Renovation of a military facility in Nas Jrb, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

The 136th Airlift Wing located on Naval Air Station (NAS) Joint Reserve Base (JRB) Fort Worth, Texas, requires construction within building 1674 in order to build a showering and changing facility to help limit contamination from painting and media blasting activities. Included in this project is the demolition and construction of multiple walls as well as the relocation and addition of multiple doors, electrical circuits, communications conduits, heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) split unit, drop ceiling installation, plumbing and fire suppression systems. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204: Project Magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. Site Visit Information: (a) Site Visit Date: 14 July 2022 (b) Site Visit Time: 09:00 AM (CST) (c) Instructions for Attendees: The Government will hold a site visit for the subject solicitation at the above listed time, at NAS JRB Fort Worth, Texas (Zip Code - 76127). In order to obtain installation access and the specific location for the site visit, interested parties must submit a request for attendance to: 136.AW.MSC@us.af.mil and michael.meeks@us.af.mil The request for attendance must include the name (as it appears on government-issued identification) and company name of each attendee. Information provided at the site visit, as well as questions, shall not change/qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation. Project specifics may be found in the attached documents. Alter B1674 Corrosion Control Area FFP The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, plant, equipment, appliances, transportation, and materials necessary to complete the project. Multiple small projects include, wall construction, door installation, flooring updates, and new office renovation. All work shall be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and associated specifications and drawings. All work shall also be performed in accordance with international, federal, state, and local building codes, as well as the Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) SITE VISIT (CONSTRUCTION) (FEB 1995) (a) The clauses at 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. Accordingly, offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. (b) A site visit shall be organized and details will be posted to the www.sam.gov website as a separate attachment associated with this solicitation. (2) Quotes shall be submitted through one of the methods below and received by the Government at or before the exact date and time specified in the solicitation: Email: 136.AW.MSC@us.af.mil Physical Delivery: 136th Mission Support Contracting 200 Hensley Ave, Building 1672 Fort Worth, Texas, 76127-1672 NOTE: Physical delivery requires prior coordination. NOTE: If a bid bond is required (SF1442, Page 1, Block 13B), hard copies must be delivered to the office identified directly above prior to the solicitation due date and time. The bid bond must be a SF 24. Submission by facsimile is not authorized for any documentation or forms. (b) Requests for Information (RFIs): Requests for Information must be submitted in writing through email to 136.AW.MSC@us.af.mil. RFIs will not be accepted after 2:00 PM local on 20 July 2022 unless a response is deemed to be in the best interests of the Government. (c) Insurance Requirements: In accordance with FAR 52.228-5, the contractor shall provide and maintain during the entire performance of this contract at least the kinds and minimum amounts of insurance identified below: Workmen's Compensation - $100,000* Comprehensive General Liability - $500,000 per occurrence (Bodily Injury) Comprehensive Automobile Liability - $200,000 per person and $500,000 per accident for bodily injury and $20,000 for property damage
