Only persons, corporations or companies having their principal place of business in Quebec or when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in a province or territory covered by this agreement, are allowed to bid. This contract is subject to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO) and to the Agreement on the Liberalization of Public Procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB). All tenders must be made on the tender form and the tender slip provided with the estimate and be accompanied by a tender guarantee issued in the name of Ville de Saint-Pascal, in the form of a certified check or a bid, for an amount equivalent to 10% of the amount of the bid including taxes.
