Site work for a road / highway in Brampton, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
To supply all labour, material and equipment necessary to repair various feature walls throughout the City of Brampton. The work in this Contract includes three (3) locations for feature walls and pillar repairs, with two (2) optional locations to be determined on award pending budget. Each location has various repair requirements of Brick and/or Stone (some may not need full replacement), the lump sum price per location is inclusive of all work required to complete the repair and restore the site as existing. The 3 locations are: Item 1 - Removal and Recladding of brick gateway feature wall and three (3) pillars at 2 Horizon St Item 2 - Reconstruction of gateway stone feature pillar located between Springwood Heights Crescent and Goreway Drive Item 3 - Reconstruction of gateway brick feature pillar at south-east corner of Creditview Road and Remembrance Road The 2 Optional locations are: Item 4 - Optional - Removal and Reconstruction of gateway stone feature wall at north-east corner of Steeles Ave and Financial Drive Item 5 - Optional - Removal and Reconstruction of gateway stone feature wall located at north-west corner of Sandalwood Pkwy W and McLaughlin Rd Substantial completion December 31, 2022.
