This Request for Tenders (the "RFT") is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of The Blue Mountains (the "Town") to prospective Bidders to submit Tenders for the Wastewater Lateral Repair, Replacement and Installation at Required Locations, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The Town is seeking a qualified Contractor to repair and install wastewater laterals at three locations. Location A is 32 Arthur Street West, Thornbury. It is anticipated that the sanitary lateral under the sidewalk section can be repaired, however there is a provisional item should the lateral require replacement all the way back to the sanitary main, located in the centerline of Arthur Street West. Location B is 124 Settlers Way, Blue Mountains. The inspection port at the property line has been damaged and pushed through the sanitary lateral. The lateral requires a repair. Location C is 417353 10th Line, Thornbury. This property requires a new sanitary connection to the low pressure forcemain sanitary sewer fronting the property.
