Awarded to NetZero USA Holdings Spartanburg County School District Five is seeking a qualified provider for the implementation and monitoring of a comprehensive energy savings program. QUESTIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY: July 7, 2022 12:00PM (please direct questions in writing to Kacey Austin at Kacey.austin@spart5.net) The term of the contract resulting from this solicitation will be for one (1) year, starting August 1, 2022, with the option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year periods, not to exceed July 31, 2027. The District Superintendent will have the option of renewing for two (2) additional years. A purchase order will be issued by the District and will represent a contract between the District and the vendor(s). The District reserves the right, to accept or reject, in part or in entirety, any or all proposals, to negotiate with all qualified proposers and to cancel in part or in entirety this solicitation if it is in the best interest of the District. Further, the District reserves the right to waive any or all informalities or technicalities in order to serve the best interest of the District. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
