The term of the Contract is 1157 days. This Project is federally aided and is subject to the provision of Title 23, U.S. Code, as amended, and applicable New York State Statutes. In compliance with these provisions, the minimum wages to be paid to laborers and mechanics are included in wage schedules that are set out in the bid proposal.
