Reference number : 1618071 Review Title : Supply and delivery of abrasive 3-year contract Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-07-11 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of Saint-Adolphe-d'Howard plans to purchase 10,000 metric tons per year of abrasive for its road sanding work, a 3-year contract, 2022, 2023 and 2024. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. Tenderers must obtain the tender documents from the Electronic Tender System website. The fees are set according to the rates established by the Electronic Tender System. A bid bond equal to 5% of the total amount submitted must accompany the bid.
