Installation of electronic keyless entry system with up to 6 security cameras. f. Installation of data/electrical outlets. g. Installation of wall board. h. Installation of new light fixtures. i. New ceiling tiles. j. New interior doors. k. Building storage closet at end of hall. l. Replacement of 4 exterior windows on Market and South Second Street. m. Replacement of ceiling tiles. n. Installation of vinyl flooring/carpet in lobby/new office spaces and currentfile room. j. Painting. 1) coat of primer and (2) coats of paint. 2) paint file room. Wormleysburg Borough is soliciting proposals from qualified professionals to manage and complete Interior Office Renovation services for the lobby/office space in the Wormleysburg Borough Building located at 20 Market Street Wormleysburg PA. The qualified vendor will create a lobby and significantly improve the quality, safety, and workflow of the interior workspace by providing construction services. Please note the "borough will continue office operations during the construction project with minimal scheduled interruptions.
