The Board of County Commissioners, herein referred to as the "COUNTY", is seeking statements of qualifications from firms or individuals licensed to practice in the State of Florida for Professional Transportation Engineering Services and / or firms with individuals as members of the American Institute of Certified Planners specialized in Transportation Planning. This solicitation is made in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 287.055, Laws of Florida, known as the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA). Walton County Planning and Development Services Division is requesting Statements of Qualifications from well qualified and experienced firms/teams for "Continuing Professional Services" as governed by Florida Statute (FS) 287.055. Only firms/teams that can provide all the required services will be considered for this contract. Last date to submit questions is June 28th, 2022, no later than 12:00 Noon. All questions are to be directed in writing to waljames@co.walton.fl.us. Directing questions to any other staff, project engineer and any other person is prohibited and will result in bid being disqualified. Questions received after such date and time will not be answered. Firms/teams are responsible for the delivery of the qualifications package. Qualifications received after the specified day and time will not be opened. To be considered, firm/team must submit a complete qualification package digitally on a USB THUMB DRIVE, along with ONE ORIGINAL PAPER PACKAGE, in a sealed envelope with "RFQ 22-018 CONTINUING TRANSPORTATION PLANNING SERVICES" clearly marked on front of envelope, addressed to Central Purchasing at 176 Montgomery Circle, DeFuniak Springs, FL 32435.
