Site work for a mixed-use development in Mallorytown, Ontario. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; and transportation facility.
Quabbin Road Railway Crossing (Mile 138.21 Kingston Subdivision) Improvements. The Recommended Plan includes: Alignment Alternative 6 as the preferred alignment alternative to upgrade Escott-Yonge Boundary Road (Township road) and transfer ownership of Quabbin Road. Alignment Alternative 1A to modify the existing crossing to provide a sidewalk crossing of the railway and modest changes only to the vertical alignment. Intersection Alternative B to provide a continuous Escott Yonge Townline Road County Road connection. TIMELINE: The County has proceeded with design & it is ongoing. Construction delayed due to CN requirements but may commence in 2026. Updates may be available spring 2026. *Budget is undisclosed.
