Renovation of a mixed-use development in Pikeville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope of Work: Contractor shall provide the following scope of work associated with the 6okW DCFC project. 1. Provide and install the 60kW DC Fast Charger 2. Provide all necessary electrical wiring and conduit necessary to power up the 60kW charger. a. Power shall be pulled from the demand side of the new electric meter. b. Contractor shall include $14,500 allowance for the power wiring. Actual fi nal pricing for the electrical installation shall be provided to Bledsoe County Schools. Contractor shall be allowed to mark up the electrical contractor's fi nal price 15%. 3. Contractor shall bolt down the charger and provide all fi nal electrical terminations 4. Provide all necessary start up and commissioning for the new charger. 5. Contractor shall provide and install two (2) - 4" x 48" steel bollards in front of the charger for protection. 6. Provide and install the fleet management and charger diagnostic software.
