Site work for a water / sewer project in Ponca City, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Brief Project Description: Under this Work Order, the Owner intends to replace all fixed network Automatic Metering Infrastructure (AMI) water meters less than one inch in size and their corresponding endpoints with new water meters and endpoints compatible with the City's existing FlexNet communications systems network. All work shall be performed and all construction and material used and furnished shall be in accordance with the Specifications prepared by Garver, LLC, 1016 24th Avenue NW Norman, Oklahoma 73069, and on file in the office of the City Clerk for the City of Ponca City, Oklahoma. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours prior to the Bid Opening will be returned. Each bidder shall accompany his original bid with a certified or Cashier's Check on a solvent bank located in Oklahoma or a Bidder's Bond, in the amount of five (5) percent of the amount bid, and the same will be retained by City until the successful bidder has entered into a written contract with the Owner and a satisfactory performance bond has been furnished. The bid deposit of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned upon the execution of the Contract and required bonds. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
