Renovation of a mixed-use development in Elizabethville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and parking garage.

The estimated cost is $240,000. Installation of a roof over entire roof of the Washington Township Municipal Building (Approximately 60' x 85' - 5,100 square feet Garage; 50' x 105' 5,250 square feet Offices) with new standing seam roof with insulation. The prevailing wage requirements as determined by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry apply to this project. Bids must be submitted on forms provided by the township and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount payable to Washington Township A Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the awarded bid amount, Workers Compensation Certificate and a Certificate of Liability Insurance shall be submitted by the awardee within twenty (20) days of the award of the contract. pending review, awarded during the August 2, 2022 regular meeting or at a future regularly scheduled meeting of the Washington Township Board of Supervisors. The Washington Township Board of Supervisors reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any technicality or formality therein.
