Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project will include a new parking lot pavement section with on-site stormwater infiltration system, associated curb, gutter, striping, lighting, irrigation, and landscaping. Disadvantaged business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids. The Boise Airport intends to expand the Economy Lot. The current and proposed lots are located at 2900 S Curtis Road, Boise, ID, 83705. The project is a calendar day contract. The construction consists of one schedule of work and shall be completed withing 60 calendar days. A Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid is required. The City of Boise reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularities in the proposals received and to accept the proposal(s) that are in the best interest of the City. Boise City is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The City of Boise is exempt from Federal and State taxes and will execute the required exemption certificates.
