Renovation of a mixed-use development in Clarinda, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a day care center; and 8,704-square-foot, one-story above grade office development.
The proposed office building will utilize wood stud frame construction and wood roof trusses. The office area, approximately 9,000 square feet, will be sub-divided into offices, meeting rooms, work room, classroom, restrooms, and other support areas.
