Only contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in a province covered by this agreement and holding, where applicable, an appropriate construction contractor's license issued by the Régie du Quebec building. Without limitation, the works consist of: removal, transportation and off-site disposal of existing paving and sidewalk; replacement of existing water, storm and sanitary sewer systems; replacement of existing aqueduct and sanitary sewer service entrances as well as the addition of storm service entrances up to the street right-of-way; construction of a sidewalk on the northeast side and a curb on the southwest side of the street; supply and installation of a sub-foundation in MG-112; supply and installation of a lower foundation of crushed stone MG-56; supply and laying of an upper foundation of crushed stone MG-20; supply and installation of bituminous coating; installation of signage and marking; repair of the surroundings of the site and existing structures The work also includes all related work necessary to complete the work according to the plans and specifications. REQUIREMENTS Each tender must be accompanied by a tender bond issued in favor of the City of L'Assomption in the amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total tender, including taxes. Only a bid bond established by an insurer holding an insurer license issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers and authorizing it to carry out guarantee activity within the meaning of the Insurance Act and in accordance with standardized form NQ 1809- 900/A will be accepted at the end of the tender documents. This bond must be valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of opening of tenders.
