Site work for a mixed-use development in Park City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility; and water / sewer project.
Design, provide materials, install, and assist in funding and grant acquisition support for a 600kW (or as determined by the bidder) floating PV array at the Signal Hill Water Treatment Plant. The floating array is to be installed on the 3.25-acre pond located at the Signal Hill Water Treatment Plant Bidders Questions due: July 18, 2022 Response to Questions: July 25, 2022 Interviews: Monday August 22, 2022 All required building inspections, completion of installation, coordination with Rocky Mountain Power to set net meters, and execution of Interconnection Agreements must be completed no later than Friday, October 06, 2023. Each bidder must submit a bid bond from an approved surety company on forms provided by the Surety Company; or in lieu thereof, certified check, or cashiers check in the total amount of $1,000, made payable to Mountain Regional Water as evidence of good faith and a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the bidder will execute the contract and furnish the contract bonds as required. Cashiers checks will be returned to bidders upon execution of contract with selected Contractor. Mountain Regional Water reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in accordance with the Districts adopted procurement policies.
