Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Opaskwayak, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Installation of patient lift systems. The project includes structural reinforcing in patient and tub rooms to support installation of new patient lifts. The Owner's intent is to deliver the Project to allow the facility to remain fully operational during the construction process. If phasing of construction and installation is required, proposals will need to be reviewed with the owner for approval, prior to construction. Digital Bid Documents will be available from the office of Prime Consultant, also available on the Winnipeg Construction Association, Construction Association of Rural Manitoba Question deadline date 08/11/2022.
