Rowan-Cabarrus Community College (the College) is requesting proposals from qualified Vendors for Grounds Management Services and Optional/Alternate services of Snow and Ice Removal on an as-needed basis for the North, South, CBTC and Advanced Technology Center campuses of Rowan-Cabarrus Community College. The Vendor shall begin work under the Contract on October 3, 2022 At the end of the Contract's current term, the State shall have the option, in its sole discretion, to renew the Contract on the same terms and conditions in increments of one (1) month, three (3) months, six (6) months, or one (1) year increments but not to exceed three (3) years total. The State will give the Vendor written notice of its intent whether to exercise each option no later than thirty (30) days before the end of the Contract's then-current term. In addition, the State reserves the right to extend a contract term for a period of up to 180 days in 90-day-or-less increments.. Contract Effective Date State September 30, 2022
