Demolition, site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Orem, Utah. Working plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
As of August 10th, 2022, project has not been awarded. No timeline of award was established. The work includes the demolition, removal, and disposal of the existing restroom buildings located at Sharon and Geneva Park. The work will also include the installation of the new restroom/storage buildings. In addition to the removal and replacement of said buildings, the project will also consist of installation of 500 linear feet of ductile iron, poly pipe, and SDR35 PVC pipe, 700 linear feet of 1" and 2" fiber and power conduit, 3,000 square feet of concrete flatwork, 5 junction boxes, dumpster enclosure, and landscape and sprinkler restoration. Contractor required to be registered with the U.S System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov and adhere to the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development Form 4010 (HUD 4010 Form).
