The place of intervention is located in the Champdore West sector of Frederic-Back Park. The work of this contract includes (without being limited to) the development of a footpath, the construction of riprap and planting in an embankment. This path will connect the multipurpose lane and the service road, in order to secure access to users of the sector. In a non-exhaustive manner, the works planned in this tender are: - site organization; - protection of the existing environment and plants; - demolition, moving and addition of site fencing; - Phragmites eradication and off-site management; - stripping of grass surfaces; - clearing, felling and stump removal; - excavation, earthwork and site shaping; - placement of potting soil and surface harrowing; - development of paths and paths in stone screening, foundation included; - planting shrubs, perennials and grasses; - transplanting shrubs; - tree planting; - installation of mulch; - hydraulic seeding; - supply and installation of limestone elements; - installation of a low wall made of large stones; - addition and installation of a new electrical box including the cover.
