Renovation of an educational facility in Edinburg, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
All submitted proposals will be gathered and taken to the finance/purchasing conference room to be opened, however this is closed to the public due to the on-going pandemic. ECISD Purchasing Office normal business days are Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and will be closed on recognized holidays PROJECT Broaddus & Associates MANAGER: 1100 E. ENGINEER LeRoy Martinez 5000 West Military Hwy, STE 100 McAllen, TX 78503 (956) 664-0286 BID SECURITY: Security bond in the amount of five (5%) of the proposal must accompany the proposal. Security bond shall be issued by an insurance company authorized to provide bonds on work in the State of Texas and shall be payable to the Owner.PERFORMANCE AND LABOR MATERIAL PAYMENT BONDS: The entity making the successful proposal will be required to provide 100% performance and payment bonds. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the 5% bid bond. PROPOSAL WITHDRAWAL: Proposals will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. OWNERS RIGHT OF REJECTION: The owner reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids.
