Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kensington, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project is located along Broadway Street South, from Barrett Street to the southern town boundary, in the Town of Kensington. The work involves the following: - Construction of approximately 270 metres of concrete sidewalk; - Construction of approximately 840 metres of new 300mm watermain including the installation of new water services, fire hydrants, and connection of the new watermain to the existing; and, - Construction of approximately 500 metres of new 200 mm gravity sewer main, including new sewer services and manholes. Cheque made payable to Town of Kensington.
