**As of July 25, 2022 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The bid specifications, drawings, plan holders list, addenda, and other bid information shall be available for viewing at the City of Hermitage Municipal Building during normal business working hours. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total bid. A 100% Performance & Payment Bond is required for this work. All bids shall be irrevocable for 60 days after the bid opening date unless award is delayed by a required approval of another government agency, the sale of bonds, or award of the grant or grants, in which case this Bid shall remain subject to acceptance for 120 days after the bid opening date provided the Act of November 26, 1978 (P.L. 1309, No. 317), as amended by the Act of December 12, 1994 (P.L. 1042, No. 142). Bids received after the stated time will be returned unopened The City reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of the City, and to reject any or all proposals. COMPLETION DATE: 30 Days from NTP
