Site work and paving for a civil project in Saratoga, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Saratoga Spring Avenue Utility and Street Improvement Project Lewis & Lewis, Inc. is requesting bids from subcontractors and suppliers on behalf of the Town of Saratoga for the above referenced project as required for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) projects pursuant to W.S.16-6-1001. Materials include C-900 water pipe, ductile iron valves, ductile iron fittings, fire hydrant assemblies, andwater service components. Subcontracted services include concrete, boring, dewatering, and pulverize/milling No pre-bid conference will beheld for this bid. Pursuant to W.S. 16-6-106, "preference is here by given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured or grown in Wyoming, or supplied by a resident of the state, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside of the state". Anticipated start date for this project would be July18th, 2022 with a completion date of October 15th, 2022. All subcontractors need to be prepared to start on this date or shortly after.
