The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and service necessary to preform installation of 02 new garage doors, rails, associated hardware, 01 machanical opener, and controller in strict accordance with the Statement of Work. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The period of performance for this contract shall not exceed 01SEP22 1.0 GENERAL 1.1 BACKGROUND Garage Doors on engineering building at STA QUILLAYUTE RIVER are in need of replacement at end of service life. 1.2 SCOPE The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to preform installation of new garage doors, rails, associated hardware, 1 mechanical opener, and controller in strict accordance with this Statement of Work. 1.3 OBJECTIVE The overall outcome would be to replace the western and center garage doors with new garage doors that function and operate properly. The west door should have a garage door opener and wired in switch on wall to operate. 1.4 APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS N/A 1.4.1 Compliance Documents The following documents provide specifications, standards, or guidelines that must be complied with in order to meet the requirements of this contract: N/A 1.4.2 Reference Documents The following documents may be helpful to the Contractor in performing the work described in this document: SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS/TASKS Unit would like the western and center bay doors on the engineering building removed along with all associated hardware and components. Contractor will be responsible for the removal of all old doors and hardware. Unit would like two new doors with windows in upper portion to allow light in the garage. All new tracks, hardware, door jamb seals, and one new garage door opener on west bay with wall mounted button to activate door. 2.1 TASK TWO. REMOVAL OF DOORS Contractor shall unload springs and remove old center and west garage doors on engineer building. 2.2 TASK THREE. REMOVAL OF TRACKS AND HARDWARE Contractor shall removal door track/rails and associated hardware. 2.3 TASK FOUR. INSTALL NEW TRACKS AND HARWARE Contractor shall make any changes for installation of all necessary tracks and hardware. 2.3.1 INSTALL TO CONCRETE TASK FIVE. INSTALL NEW GARAGE DOORS Contractor will install new garage doors with widows on center and west bays. 2.4.1 INSTALL NEW DOOR JAB SEALS 2.5 TASK SIX. INSTALL NEW GARAGE DOOR OPENER Contractor will supply and install new garage door opener with wire and push button opener on wall inside garage on west wall near hallway door. 2.6 TASK SEVEN. TEST OPEN/CLOSE DOORS Contractor will test all modes of operation of doors. 2.6.1 TEST DOORS MANUALLY 2.6.2 TEST WEST GARAGE DOOR WITH OPENER. 2.7 TASK EIGHT. REMOVE AND HAUL Contractor shall remove all old doors, hardware, and debris from installation.
