The Department of Lands (IDL) is requesting sealed bids for the Commercial Building and Parking Lot Management for the Boise Office. Questions pertaining to this ITB must be submitted utilizing the Bidders Questions form - "Attachment 1" via email to Sandra Ramirez, sramirez@idl.idaho.gov. Questions deadline is midnight July 14, 2022. All price bid submissions must be entered on the attached Bid Schedule - "Attachment 2". Sealed bids must be received, and time stamped by IDL at 300 N. 6th St. Ste. 103, Boise, ID 83702 before 2:00 P.M. on August 8, 2022. IDL is not responsible for lost, undelivered responses or failure of the United States Postal Service or any other courier service to deliver responses to IDL by the deadline specified. The date and time of receipt of a manual submission will be IDL's clock at the front desk in Boise. IDL assumes no responsibility for failure of any electronic submission process, including any computer or other equipment to deliver all or a portion of the Bid at the time, or to the location, required. The date and time of electronically received responses to IDL's email address listed below, will be used to determine if electronically submitted responses were received by the deadline specified. Late, faxed, or multiple responses will not be accepted. The date and time of the final timely received response from a Bidder will be accepted as its entire Bid. If you need to modify a particular section of your response, you must resubmit the entire response prior to the deadline specified. Only one bid response will be evaluated per Bidder. IDL reserves the right to award on an all or nothing if in the best interest of the State. Idaho Department of Lands shall award to the qualified respondent submitting the lowest responsive responsible bid. In the case of math errors, the unit price will be used as the basis for award.
