Renovation of an educational facility in Nashua, New Hampshire. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The estimated construction budget are $15million per school. The scope of this project involves architectural/engineering design services related to: renovations of Birch Hill and Main Dunstable Elementary Schools, including study, review and recommendations, schematic design, design development, final design, bidding, and contract administration Please contact Shawn Smith, Director of Plant Operations at (603) 966-1500 for further information or questions. The Nashua Joint Special School Building Committee reserves the right to waive all formalities and reject any and all proposals when it is in the best interests of the City of Nashua to do so. This includes the right to reject a proposal when an architect is not in a position to successfully perform the contract.
