This project includes refurbishment of the Load Tap Changer (LTC) compartment of the Adobe Creek Substation of the Utilities Department of the City of Palo Alto. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, manufactured articles, transportation, and services required for Replacement/Repair/Refurbishment of the leaking barrier board between the transformer main tank and the LTC compartment, replacement of the LTC with refurbished LTC, and repair of existing external leaks on the transformer. and other services as authorized by the Project Manager, or his/her designee.
