The LI DDSOO intends to award the contract to the most responsible and responsive vendor that provides the lowest cost and meets the requirements detailed in the scope of work. Upon request, vendor must demonstrate relevant experience on prior projects of similar magnitude. The LI DDSOO reserves the right to reject any and all quotes. In deciding whether to or not to submit a quote, please be aware the awarded vendor must adhere to the time frames outlined in the scope of work.
