Remodeling and renovation of an educational facility in Sterling, Colorado. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
Removal and replacement of Knowles Hall roof as described in the stamped drawings, including the installation of new roof access hatch as noted in drawings. This is to include Add Alternate 1 (SBP-6.131) which is the West side of Knowles Hall Roof which is to be bid and billed separately due to this being an insurance claim for this portion of the roof. Renovation of the East entrance to Knowles Hall to include new entrance, flooring, lighting, paint, wallcoverings on 1st and 2nd floor as shown in stamped drawings. The wood statue on the first floor shall be protected in place. There are two (2) sets of stamped drawings: One set for the reroof and entrance remodel, and the second set is for the Add Alternate for reroof of West side of Knowles Hall.
