Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Swanton, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Board of County Commissioners of Garrett County, Maryland will accept sealed bids for the realignment of Glendale Road in Oakland, Maryland. The work in this contract includes the following: grading, drainage, subgrade construction aggregate base course, asphalt base and surface, concrete curb, signage, striping and site stabilization (i.e. seed and mulching). A bid bond or certified check in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount shall be submitted with each bid. A performance/payment bond in the full bid amount will be required of the successful contractor. Project Cost Class D - $1,000,000 to $2,500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
