**As of August 15, 2022, project was awarded to GMH Asphalt Corporation awarded amount is $897,894.48 ** The work generally consists of recon structing 1.61 miles of the Autumn Heights subdivision including; 167th Lane, 168th Avenue, 168th Lane 169th Avenue, Nutria Street, Puma Street, and Rabbit Street. The work is estimated to include: o 1,886 cubic yards of excavation o 718 lineal feet of concrete curb and gutter o 266 lineal feet of culvert replacement o 22,995 square yards of full-depth pavement reclamation o 4,205 tons of bituminous pavement, and o Miscellaneous other improvements It is anticipated that a contract will be awarded on August 9, 2022, and that work may begin on or about August 15, 2022. Each bidder shall submit a bid bond made payable to the City of Ramsey in the amount of 5% of the total bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted and the bidder shall fail to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond. No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least 45 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The City of Ramsey reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive informalities.
