Pursuant to this Request for Information ("RFI"), Charlotte Douglas International Airport ("CLT" or "Airport"), which is owned and operated by the City of Charlotte, North Carolina ("City"), is seeking Information from qualified and experienced companies (individually or collectively, the "Company") that provide a leading Parking Guidance System (PGS) that improves customer parking experience by providing guided wayfinding to available parking spaces while also mitigating traffic congestion in high traffic areas. The Airport is considering acquiring this type of system to provide improved customer experience while maximizing the use of the Airport's parking facilities and generally improving the Airport's parking operation. NOTE: The intention of the RFI is not to result in a contract award but is designed to allow for the collection of industry information that may be used to assist CLT in developing a subsequent Request for Proposals that will be issued in calendar year 2022/2023.
