Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Folsom, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Install and electrically connect EVSE infrastructure to include wiring devices and all required associated items for a complete and operational system including required testing. Provide the required saw cutting, trenching, backfilling and finishing of the affected lot surface and restore to original condition. Provide and install all items shown on the drawings including the ADA accessible ports and as specified unless otherwise noted as not in contract or existing to remain. The term of this project is 45 calendar days. This project is being bid in accordance with Government Code 14838.7 and is open only to Small Business and Micro Business contractors certified through the California Department of General Services, Office of Small Business and DVBE Services. The representative will be required to provide (1) full name, (2) telephone number, (3) social security number, (4) Identification Number or California Drivers License Number and expiration year, (5) date of birth, and (6) email address. With the information provided, CDCR will run a Criminal Identification and Investigation (C.I. & I) clearance prior to accessing the secured institution information covered during the virtual pre-bid meeting. License required to bid the project: C-10 Health and Safety Provisions: Contractor and all subcontractors shall abide by all health and safety mandates issued by federal, state, and local governments and/or public health officers as well as those issued by DGS, and worksite specific mandates. If multiple mandates exist, the Contractor and subcontractors shall abide by the most restrictive mandate. The term employee, worker, state worker or state employee in health and safety mandates includes contractor and subcontractor personnel. Costs associated with adhering to health and safety mandates are the responsibility of the Contractor. Contractor is responsible for the tracking and compliance of health and safety mandates and may be audited upon request. Contractor will require staff, and subcontracted staff, providing onsite services at state facilities to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination to the Contractor's designee or be tested at least once per week. Contractor shall communicate compliance to the Contract Administrator prior to initiating services and as requested. Contractor will not provide proof or any other health information to DGS. Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price. Full COVID-19 vaccination is defined pursuant to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Should change their definition, any change would apply. Failure to attend, or provide representation to, the mandatory virtual pre-bid site inspection will result in the bidders bid submittal being rejected from the bidding process. Any interested bidder or bidders representative who requires reasonable accommodation to participate in the Virtual Pre-bid Site Inspection must contact the contract analyst identified in this package two (2) weeks before the scheduled Mandatory Bidders Walk-Through to identify what reasonable accommodation(s) is required. Executive Order N-6-22: The Bidder must be advised of Executive Order N-6-22 Russia Sanctions. On March 4, 2022, Governor Gavin Newsom issued Executive Order (EO) N-6-22 regarding Economic Sanctions against Russia and Russian entities and individuals. Economic Sanctions refers to sanctions imposed by the U.S. government in response to Russias actions in Ukraine, as well as any sanctions imposed under state law. By submitting a bid, Bidder represents that it is not a target of Economic Sanctions. Should the State determine Bidder is a target of Economic Sanctions or is conducting prohibited transactions with sanctioned individuals or entities, that shall be grounds for rejection of the Bidders bid any time prior to contract execution, or, if determined after contract execution, shall be grounds for termination by the State.
