Renovation of a municipal facility in Fort Collins, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of August 16, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The scope of work consists of providing the renovation of the City of Fort Collins Municipal Court located at 215 N. Mason. The work consists of renovating portions of the north half of first floor to create different rooms for probation, prosecution, clerks, and judge. This work will need to be completed in three separate phases as noted in the plans. See Attachment B for drawing. Municipal Courts and City Attorney operations will need to continue to operate as needed during this renovation project. There will need to be dust partitions installed and there may need to be certain portions of work (loud noises) performed outside of City business hours (7:00AM - 5:00PM). The Courts will do their best to work with the selected Contractor and we ask that the selected Contractor make provisions in their BID to do the same.
