Towson University (TU) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all labor, equipment, and material to replace several fire doors located 401 Washington Ave, Towson, MD 21204 DESCRIPTION: Towson University (TU) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all labor, equipment, and material to perform the following work in 401 Washington Ave, Towson, MD 21204: A. Replace thirteen (13) fire doors and hardware in east & west stairwell, B. Replace fifteen (15) fire doors and hardware in mechanical rooms, C. Replace one (1) set of doors and hardware in the lower-level main corridor, D. Relocate three (3) existing fire doors and hardware, E. Paint all fire doors, F. Coordinate all door replacements with the TU asbestos abatement contractor and TU Fire Safety Contractor.
