Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Stevensville, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Project: Kent Island High School Synthetic Running Track Replacement, for the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's County, Maryland. The site is located at 900 Love Point Road, Stevensville, MD 21617. The Work consists of the removal of existing 400 meter +/- track surface, repair & preparation of base material, placement of new synthetic running track surface, application of striping, and all associated appurtenant effort in coordination with the Queen Anne's County Department of Public Works and Public School System. Refer to the Bid Documents for a complete description of work. Bidders are directed to the provisions of the Instructions to Bidders for additional information governing the bidding process. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bids are to remain open for 60 days. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. If you are an interested contractor and wish to be listed as a bidder, please notify our editorial staff at addtobidlist@constructconnect.com. The Work shall be Substantially Completed not later than 45 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed
