**As of July 7,2025, the project was awarded to McClure & Sons Inc, with an awarded amount of $6,141,027.17.** The project consists of relocating the existing sewer lift station #4 from its current location to a new location approximately 200 feet to the N. To do this, a new sewer line is needed to connect the old lift station with the new lift station. This sewer line will need to be installed via trenchless pipe installation. To do this trenchless installation, a portion of the existing 18" stormwater piping feeding a road side ditch will need to be removed and replaced. No work will happen within the ditch. The ditch will be protected with silt fencing and orange barrier fencing around its perimeter. Construction of a new lift station (LS) nearby the existing Lift Station No. 4 (LS4). The work includes the following: New pump station with three (3) pumps, a wet well, and other structures New concrete masonry unit operations building New gravity sewer and man-holes New discharge force mains All Bids must be accompanied by a scan of a bid bond, cashiers check, certified check, or postal money order in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid. The estimated cost range for this project is $6.5 Million to $7.5 Million. The project shall be Physically Completed within 350 working days of the Notice to Proceed.
