Renovation of an educational facility in Charlottesville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Cost is in the range of $3,000,000.00 to $3,500,000.00. The University of Virginia Foundation ("UVAF"), on behalf of University of Virginia Host Properties, Inc. ("Host Properties"), is seeking proposals from qualified design-build teams for the renovation of the Boar's Head Resort Sports Club pool and adjacent amenities in Charlottesville, Virginia. UVAF intends to award a two-phase contract. The first will incorporate all preliminary planning, design, architectural drawings, and pre-construction services. The second will incorporate all construction and post-construction work through project completion.
