Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in San Francisco, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Middle Lake Rehabilitation involves the renovation of a lake and its surrounding area in Golden Gate Park. The project includes earthwork, landscape and irrigation, pathways and some minor structural work in relation to a wet well and small bridge. Middle Lake will be deepened, re- graded and re-lined with a clay liner. The perimeter of the lake will be replanted and the perimeter trail re-built with a new surface and furnishings including signage and benches. An add alternate includes the creation of a rock cascade which winds eastward from the lake. Class A license required to bid LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20% LBE Good Faith Efforts. In accordance with Administrative Code Chapter 14B requirements, all bidders shall submit documented good faith efforts with their bids, except those who exceed the above stated LBE subcontracting participation requirement by 35%. Bidders must achieve 80 out of 100 points to be deemed responsive. Bidders will receive 15 points for attending the pre-bid conference. Refer to Form 2B.
