The City of San Antonio and the San Antonio Airport System are seeking an experienced firm with demonstrated technical capabilities and aviation experience to provide Project Management/Construction Management Services for the San Antonio International Airport Terminal Development Program. Staff Contact Person:Joseph Ramon, Procurement Specialist III, ;oseph.ramon@sanantonio.gov Pursuant to Section 003 - In accordance with 2-61 ofthe City Code, Respondents are prohibited from communicating with 1) City officials, as defined by 2-62 ofthe City Code of the City of San Antonio, regarding the RFQ or proposal from the time the RFQ has been released until the contract is posted for consideration as an agenda item during a meeting designated as an A session; and 2) City employees from the time the RFQ has been released until the contract is awarded. Restrictions extend to "thank you" letters, phone calls, emails and any contact that results in the direct or indirect discussion of the RFQ and/or proposal submitted by Respondent. Violation ofthis provision by Respondent and/or its agent may lead to disqualification of Respondent's proposal from consideration. Respondent is highly encouraged to submit written questions concerning this RFQ through electronically until July 22,2022 at 4:00P.M. CT,. Questions received after the stated deadline shall not be answered.
