As of August 17th, 2022, project received no bids. No definite date of rebid. Provide all labor, supervision, method or processes, implements, tools, machinery, equipment, transportation, and materials to fabricate custom redwood furniture including but not limited to, conference room tables, benches, and coffee tables from reclaimed wood. The completed furniture will be delivered and installed into the City of Sunnyvale's ("City") new City Hall, which is currently under construction. The furniture fabricator shall provide complete furniture assemblies including table and bench bases, which is further outline in Exhibit "A", Detail Scope of Work. All work is to be completed within the schedule outline here and from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. Estimated Project Schedule A. August 2022: Award Contract to Furniture Fabricator B. Late August 2022: Furniture Fabricator picks up wood slabs from Arborica C. Early September 2022: City Representative inspects redwood. D. Late September 2022: City provides conceptual drawings and acceptance of slabs. E. October 2022: Furniture Fabricator provides furniture fabrication drawings and shop finishing specifications. Furniture Fabricator provides a schedule as to which priorities can be completed. F. November 2022: City to review and approve furniture fabrication drawings and shop finishing specifications. G. December 2022: Furniture Fabricator to deliver and install furniture. Furniture Fabricator shall submit a schedule within 2 weeks of contract execution as to which priorities can be completed and delivered within this timeframe.
