Bids 28 Modular Small Home Project Ho-Chunk Housing and Community Development Agency (HHCDA) is soliciting bids for 28 single-family modular small homes located in various communities, Black River Falls, Nekoosa, Tomah, Wittenberg and Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. An expedient implementation to this project is required and only firms who demonstrate an ability to perform under tight schedules will be considered for this project. Davis Bacon wage rates will apply. Ho-Chunk Housing and Community Development Agency reserves the right to reject any and all bids and reserves the right to waive any informality in the solicitation process.
