The New Jersey Schools Development Authority ("NJSDA") is seeking to engage the services of General Contractors for future general construction services packages. The NJSDA will enter into a "General Construction Services Task Order Contract" with multiple firms under this solicitation. Contractors receiving an award as a result of this procurement will be the exclusive and sole contractors for General Construction Services Task Orders during the term of this contract. The NJSDA has no obligation to award any task order to any contractor awarded a "General Construction Services Task Order Contract." DPMC and NJSDA Prequalification Requirements: A firm responding to the RFP must be classified by the Department of Treasury-Division of Property Management and Construction and prequalified by the NJSDA in C006 (Construction Manager as Constructor) or C008 (General Construction) or C009 (General Construction/Alterations and Additions) as of the due date for submission of responses to the RFP. The NJSDA will not hold a traditional pre-proposal conference for this procurement. Any firm interested in submitting a proposal must sign-in electronically by sending a mandatory e-mail notice of intent to participate to Alison Perry at aperry@njsda.gov no later than 2:00 PM (local time) on July 15, 2022. Questions from Interested Firms: Interested firms may submit written questions regarding this procurement to the NJSDA by sending them by e-mail to Alison Perry at aperry@njsda.gov no later than 2:00 PM (local time) on July 15, 2022. The questions and NJSDA answers will be provided via an addendum to the RFP to each firm that submitted a timely e-mail notice of intent to participate. The NJSDA will review all Project Rating Proposals submitted for responsiveness and inform all firms of their Project Rating Limit. Only those firms with a Project Rating Limit of $1,000,000 or greater will be considered for award This contract requires compliance with the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
