Design and construction for the removal and replacement of existing HVAC equipment with new equipment to improve the indoor air quality by increasing the outside air and treating the supply lines to reduce contaminants. In accordance with Yavapai County procurement policies, Arizona law, and the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, competitive sealed proposals for the materials and services specified herein will be received by Yavapai County, at the above specified location, until the time and date cited. Proposals must be sealed and plainly marked with "Solicitation No. ARPA009" and must be received in the Board of Supervisors Office, 1015 Fair Street, Room 310, Prescott, AZ 86305 by the time cited above, as indicated on the official clock located in the office of the Clerk of the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors. Yavapai County shall not be responsible for the preopening of, post-opening of, or failure to open proposals that are not properly submitted, properly marked, or sent to the wrong address. Proposals shall be in the actual possession at the location indicated, on or prior to the exact time and date indicated above. Time is of the essence as to all submissions. Late submissions may only be considered for cause and in the sole discretion of Yavapai County. A "Registration of Intent to Respond" form is included so that Yavapai County may communicate with vendors who may be interested in submitting an Offer. Amendments, Addenda, Revisions and other changes to the Solicitation will be posted as they are developed, on the County portal. It is the Offeror's responsibility to check the County website for any changes made to the Solicitation prior to the Closing Date.
