PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENTS FOR FULL REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. The Lodge Grass Open Dump is an illegal dumpsite located south of the community of Lodge Grass, MT. Municipal refuse, construction & demolition debris, white goods and other wastes have been disposed at this location. This waste has accumulated over the course of many years and fires have started on numerous occasions. This site presents a hazard to the people of the community. The Crow Tribe has undertaken cleanup efforts in the past, but the site has not been closed.The Billings Area Indian Health Service in Billings, Montana is acquiring services in accordance with the attached technical specifications associated with Request for Quotation 75H70922Q-009 for open dump cleanup with performance occurring on the Crow Indian Reservation in Lodge Grass, Montana. The procurement is conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR 37.1, Service Contracts-General. NOTICE OF INDIAN SMALL BUSINESS ECONOMIC ENTERPRISE SET-ASIDE Under the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, offerors are solicited only from Indian economic enterprises that are also small business concerns. Any acquisitions resulting from this solicitation will be from such a concern. Offerors received from enterprises that are not both Indian economic enterprises and small business concerns will not be considered and will be rejected. SCOPE OF WORK: Provide two (2) minimum of 30 cubic yard roll off containers, Provide the transportation of the containers to the nearest licensed MSWLF. Removal, transportation, legal disposal of excess materials as necessary and cleanup. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Work shall be completed within 30 calendar days from date of award.
